Flame-resistant (FR or FRC) garments are the all-important protection for your employees who work in potential flame and electrical arc environments.  The question that all employers must deal with is, “How much protection do my employees need and how much should I spend for it?”  Meanwhile, the employees, especially anyone working in the South, are looking for the most comfortable protective wear available.

When I talk to prospective clients, I first ask about what environment their employees work in and what is the hazard/risk category (HRC) that plant requires.  With that information, I can show the prospective customer which uniforms fit their protective needs and also which of those uniforms would be most comfortable for their employees and most cost-effective for the company.
